Our store in Padua

Gold Soundz – Dischi all’Arcella is a record store in Padua, at via Tiziano Aspetti 29, in the Arcella neighborhood. We sell new and used vinyl records and CDs, but you'll also find music books, T-shirts, prints, earrings, and gadgets... in short, everything related to the world of music!

We specialize in alternative and independent music, but in the store, you'll find everything: the latest releases, which arrive regularly every Friday every week, as well as the names that have left their mark on rock music from the 60s to today, both Italian and international.

We pay special attention to lesser-known and niche artists, who are sometimes much more interesting than what's trending on social media or Spotify.

Our store is also a meeting point for all music enthusiasts, and we periodically organize audio forums: gatherings where we tell the story of particularly important artists or albums, accompanied by listening to their most representative tracks.

After all, if the record store still has a purpose today (and we believe it does), it's to select, recommend, and direct attention towards music that deserves to be known by a wider audience. The opposite of the logic of Amazon or Spotify, where you find everything, but everything is put on the same level, decontextualized, or at best left to the connections of an algorithm.

In short, we are convinced that selling records remains a job for human beings, who interact with other human beings, with all the variables, imperfections, and randomness that this entails.
