Gold Soundz Audio Forums

If there are film clubs, why shouldn't there also be audio forums?
Does contemporary music not have the same cultural dignity as other forms of expression, like cinema?
From these questions, in 2012, audio forums were born: gatherings dedicated to the shared listening of music, designed to treat it with the same attention and respect reserved for a film, a book, or an artistic movement.
But how does an audio forum work?
People meet, sit down, and listen to an album or a selection of tracks together. Each meeting is led by a speaker: often Giorgio, the creator of the initiative and the soul of Gold Soundz, or a guest expert on an artist, a genre, or a musical scene. The listening is accompanied by a narrative that helps to delve into the music: the artist's story, the behind-the-scenes of the production, the cultural context in which the work was born, its influences, and its impact on the scene of the time.
An audio forum is not intended to be a lecture, nor just a collective listening session. The goal is to create context: to provide tools for better listening, without diminishing the personal experience, but rather enriching and making it more conscious.
There are many ways to experience music together, even lighter and more informal ones. But with our audio forums, we have chosen a different path: we invite people to truly pause, listen attentively, and remember what they have heard. Because music is not just entertainment, but also memory, storytelling, and culture.
And in this sense, the audio forum was born with a simple and precise idea: to restore cultural importance to the act of listening to music.
